What is all the excitement concerning home-based business and how important is this trend? I'd like to help with information concerning "Professional Home-Based Business".
Many people ask me for help in beginning to work from home, but many have absolutely no clue what that entails, whether it's a j.o.b. working for someone or whether it is a business ownership. They don't know what they will be doing and they don't really care. They just want to Stay Home & Make Money! And they suspect one thing; there must be a lot of money being made by professionals from home. Let's explore this trend which is among 3 trends that are changing the world's business.
Trend #1 - People are going home to work for themselves, some part time and some full-time.
Trend #2 - Technology is being used by individuals to build massive businesses globally.
Trend #3 - This is the age of "Intellectual Distribution" rather than physical distribution.
Let's take a look at Trend #1 - Working from Home. According to statistics, someone joins a home-based business over the Internet every 11 seconds. Why?

· Tired of working for a boss (that they usually don't care for)
· Preferring to stay home with their children
· Tired of the alarm clock and commutes

Let's take a quick look at Trend #2 - Technology
Almost everyone now has use of a personal computer, a cell phone and many homes now have a "home office" filled with technology even if it is not being utilized yet for a business. We are all amazed at the fast-moving technology boom, dazzled by what we can do with this trend and challenged by how we can keep up with it!
I talk to so many people who are looking into home-based business and although they don't have any real idea what that means or what they really want to do, they know one thing; they want to use their computers to enable this new business.
With technology, we can now build global businesses from our homes. We can train thousands of team members at one time with one email or website. We have added the beauty of webcasting which allows a presentation to be given to anyone at anytime in any country. We have online DVD's so we no longer have to use snail mail, but can instantly have top-notched information in the hands of our clients in seconds!

Which of us wants to be involved in "physical distribution" of products? Probably not many of us! In other words, which entrepreneur wants a
business where they buy $10,000 worth of products which are delivered to their door on a monthly basis for them to stock, then sell, ship, or deliver door-to-door? Who wants to collect money, write receipts, and do books for our "home store"? No one I know!!!! We don't want a "home store". We want to run a home-based business which allows us to service people around the world through technology!
Trend #3 is about moving from "physical distribution" to "intellectual distribution". Today I operate my business as a direct opposite to the
above description. I carry no stock except my own products. I ship nothing and deliver nothing. I collect no money from customers, write no receipts and do no bookwork! That's because the company I chose does all the above for me and I "educate, support & train" concerning our products and business!
Picture the best scenario in direct sales you can! You teach people about a product that is life-changing! You then put in their orders as a customer or an Associate through the computer. The orders are directly shipped to the customer, the money is collected by the company, and you are paid.
